Brief
CSIRO would like to create a new identity that will update the brand and make it more accessible. This is a complete rebrand rather than a refresh, there must be no similarity to the previous logo.

Concept
I wanted to make the logo a word mark with decorative elements because the acronym is a strong arrangement of letters and would be in keeping with a rebrand (diverging away from a single image). I decided that the logo needed to be simple, clear, and neither too masculine nor feminine. The company is a mix or nurturing and technological, educators and scientists, advisors and leaders.
